In northern Vietnam, cooler-than-expected weather set the tone, though it cleared perfectly for our time in Ha Long Bay. The ride delivered endless paved twisties and a striking stretch along the China border.

The Reality
What made it tough + how it was handled: The bikes ran good, but some falls made for some broken parts. The parts were not available, so we had to make do with our Macgyver skills.
