In Greece, we rode through shifting weather—from rain and chill to pockets of sunshine—rewarded by breathtaking scenery, unforgettable roads, amazing cuisine, and genuinely welcoming people.

Notable Stops

  • Meteora: Monasteries, cliffs and the views!
  • Langada Pass: Where the cliffs overgrow the road.
  • Attic Peninsula: Amazing views from a road between the ocean and a cliffside

The Ride

  • Terrain: Pavement, mountain roads, gravel roads, coastal roads
  • Weather: Lots of rain and cold with very welcomed days of sunshine.

What Stood Out

  • Best Riding Moments: The gravel road that had been recently washed out was amazing.
  • Off-Bike Highlights: The yacht
  • Critters Spotted: Lots of cats, dogs, crabs and salamanders in the road

The Reality

What made it tough + how it was handled: The rain was a lot on this trip. We went over several mountain passes and it was cold. We also had a day with dense fog but we pushed through.
