Meet the women who make it happen

WeRoam team

Everything you experience at WeRoam is shaped by a team of women riders. From Training Camp to international expeditions, we bring experience, preparation, and care to every detail.

Founder & CEO

Allie Henderson

Allie is the CEO and founder of WeRoam. With a background in Freestyle Motocross, she’s one of the few women in the world who has pushed the limits of the sport at that level. As the visionary behind WeRoam, she’s constantly dreaming up what’s possible for women who crave adventure, skill, and community.

When she’s not building WeRoam, you’ll find her working on new ventures with her husband, Jeremy, riding her horse Theo, or cuddling her dog, Leo.

VP Of Client Experience

Lindsay Hachey

Based on the east coast of Canada, where the riding season is short, Lindsay makes every second in the saddle count. She officially got her license in 2007, but her love for two wheels started much earlier… and admittedly, a bit less legal. Today, she rotates between a Honda CRF230 (street & trail), a Royal Enfield Himalayan, and a custom 950 bobber — which she once rode from New Brunswick to New Orleans on an unforgettable road trip with her dad.

Lindsay actually started with WeRoam as a client, giving her a unique, lived perspective on what riders feel, need, and hope for. We obviously did something right, because shortly after, she hired herself by refusing to take “no” for an answer and WeRoam has been better for it ever since.

As VP of Client Success, Lindsay ensures every rider’s journey is supported, seamless, and exceptional. Organized and detail-oriented, she builds systems that help riders feel confident and excited from sign-up to Training Camp to expedition.

Motto: Carpe the sh*t out of this diem.

Expedition Leader

Jamie Jenks

We don’t always know what Jamie is doing over on the expedition side, but she’s absolutely crushing it. She joined us in Namibia in 2024, graduated as a leader, and just seven months later was guiding teams through the wild traffic of Jakarta, Indonesia. Since then she’s led teams in Costa Rica, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Croatia, Vietnam, Greece and more. Not bad for someone who was once an office employee at an architect firm not so long ago…

She’s known for her exceptional riding talent, her unshakeable positivity, and her get-it-done attitude. With 57 food allergies and zero excuses, Jamie refuses to let anything stand between her and exploring the globe on two wheels

Ps. Don’t let the RBF fool you, she’s actually pretty nice.

Queen Of Training Camp

Cindy Young

Cindy took a leap of faith when she joined WeRoam, leaving a job of 10 years, the home she grew up in (literally, she owns her childhood home and has never lived anywhere else), and her comfort zone behind to join us as Training Camp support, despite only two years of riding experience. Her bet on herself paid off.

Cindy quickly proved herself as the hardest-working, most dependable teammate, moving from support to GM in just months. She’s the first to arrive, last to leave, and always puts what’s best for the community first. Since joining full time, she’s embarking on her first international moto trip, which is a true testament to what hard work, character, and a team-first mentality can achieve.

When she’s not building WeRoam, you’ll find her exploring North America on two wheels with her partner, Adam.

Assessment Specialist / Gatekeeper

Lauren Pereira

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Lauren joined WeRoam after a career shift that began in an unexpected place — the police force. When the opportunity arose to work with a global women’s motorcycle expedition community, it was an easy yes. Supporting women to build confidence, develop skills, and finally say “yes” to the dreams they’ve been putting off is exactly where she thrives.

Lauren got her motorcycle licence while living in the UK in 2018, before returning home to Australia and buying her first dirt bike, a Honda CRF250. While she has a soft spot for café racers and classic styling, her heart lies in adventure and off-road riding.

After falling pregnant in 2023 and welcoming her daughter in 2024, Lauren has temporarily stepped off the bike — but not for long. The passion is still very much alive, and plans are already in place for her daughter’s first dirt bike when she turns two.

Having travelled extensively through Europe and Southeast Asia, Lauren loves that WeRoam brings together her two biggest passions: travel and motorcycles. As the first point of contact for many women entering the community, she takes pride in helping riders determine the right path, the right timing, and the right level — always with honesty, care, and clarity.

Favourite bikes: Triumph Bonneville, Honda CRF250
